clean buses complimentary shuttle convenient location
The hotel offered complimentary shuttle service to the parks, and the buses were clean. they ran on time. This saved me from walking. the hotel is close to volcano bay.

lazy river real sand high price spring break
I loved that the hotel has a lazy river with pool bars and loungers in real sand. We had a Volcano Bay view suite, and I do think it was worth it. The room had so much space and felt luxurious. I love that there were so many activites to do at the hotel.
I found the food in the restaurants to be decent but overpriced. There was a ton of school spring break groups staying at the hotel. The noise level was a bit elevated as a result of the amount of people at the hotel. It was hard to relax sometimes.

musty room thick dust
the bus transportation to the parks was a plus it went right to the park
the room smelled musty upon arrival i found the throws on the bed unclean dust was thick behind the tv stand i bought cleaning wipes to clean the surfaces myself

seating hall comfy rooms tiny restroom over priced food
I loved how easy everything was. The Bayliner Diner had many grab and go items with a big hall for seating. Buses go to and from the parks outside. Rooms are clean and comfy so i loved it.
The room felt small, and it had no balcony. The restroom was tiny. Food in the restaurants seemed decent but over priced.
